Does anyoen know where I can get some good stock photos? I wanna try out stock sigs, but finding the photos is becoming a real pain in the ass. Any help is appreciated. :l:

After my pulled deviation fiasco, i was given the web address of sxc.hu. Its a brilliant free stock photo site with thousands of royalty free images that are APPARENTLY avaliable to use without restriction (exept for offensive usage) anywhere on the net/ in public/ for prints/ for making brushes/ renders whatever. (Ive checked this out - and its true - providing the author has posted the NO RESTRICTIONS tag on his/her photo. ) Its basically a community that users upload thier photos to and shares them with the community to use as stock.
I have to say the only downside is that you have to supply your full real name and address. However you can hide these in your profile. There are lots of excellent tutorials there (for Photoshop mainly) and Thousands of free images. they are royalty free. but the ones with restrictions are the ones that just require you to credit them. So basically its the Best free stock source on the Net today. I did investigate this further just to be sure, and Yep. Its all true. In fact, most of the brushes i discovered online were made using photography from this site. However, I would advise you to exercise caution when using stock belonging to anybody. If you do sign up, check out thier forum (newbie section) before proceeding. They answer most questions regarding usage there.
