Oil Heavy Flow Dry brush help

Alright im trying to folow some ps tuts and alot of them say use oil heavy flow dry brushes to smudge and i was just wondering if anyone had any of these types or if someone oculd tell me where to get get the ps ones and how to convert them.

I think these are something along the lines of brushes that simulate the effect of oil based paints. That is going on the few example images I found when Googling. Maybe try "Gimp paint brushes" in google.
