Before I start, please keep in mind I'm still learning myself so this tutorial isn't going to be the best :o..

O.K. Lets start ^_^.

Step 1:

Get a canvas:

Step 2:

Select the brush tool and use a circle brush, the make it between .16 and 1.50 in size (can go bigger if you want ).
Then select a gradient and apply jitter all the way up and brush the circles all over until you cover your canvas like this:

Step 3:

Get the smudge tool and and smudge you canvas in an organize way not just scribbles all over the canvas like this:

Step 4:
Then up the contrast and saturation to your liking (we don't want dull colors now do we ) :

Step 5:

Get your Select tool and select parts of your sig,try not to get too much, copy and paste, then use the flip tool and flip the copy, then use the transparency slider to make your still selected layer semi transparent like this:

Then un-select and you should have some thing kinda like this:

Step 6:

Make an new transparent layer and select the fuzzy brush and make the size fairly small, make sure that the jitter and and gradient functions are still on then make a U like pattern on the bottom like this:

Step 7:

Have fun and you don't have to stick to this, add stuff if you want it's your sig not mine ^_^.

I hope this was easy to follow, I'm a bad teacher lol.

Please post your results I would love to see them
