Just happened to visit the Inkscape site and it looks like they updated it finally (earlier today). Even the main site doesn't show it yet, but I suspect Betanews will have it tomorrow. Just wanted to share. About to install it now (did not install it since I updated to Win7).

edit: by the way, I like it. :)

Only using Inkscape very fleetingly to help with certain renders that I do in GIMP (since GIMP can directly port SVG files) so I can't really see much difference. Hopefully someone else here can give you a better answer. :)

BTW, how do you do this? I ran a few searches but came up short.

Should have said "import" Dan. Sorry about that. You can export SVG files too but trace oulines only using paths dialogue. :)
