hello and welcome to my tutorial!
you should have something like this when your done:

1. open a new document and fill with black.
2.open your render as layer> and layer to image size. I merged step 2 and step 3 on one layer.
3. open render > motion blur it and use a radial blur(make it more circily) and adjust the angle (but just a litte)

4. duplicate original render and radial blur it again but use a more noticable blur, set to overlay.

5. smudge original duplicate with the vine brush.

6. duplicate the smudged layer and set to dodge.

7. repeat.

8. repeat.

9.repeat.

10. you should only have one unchanged duplicate original render.
blend with soft brush and smudge.

11.add a flamy type c4d (orange) and position as needed and put it below your top render. set it to screen at 100%

12. add a yellow c4d and position and then erase (if needed) parts move this layer beneath the last c4d, set to screen @ 100%

13. add another orangish c4d and position as wanted, and erase as needed and set to screen @31.4 %. move the layer below the last c4d again.

14. add another orangish c4d and position, erase as needed, set to screen at 100% move the layer just above the black Bg layer.

15. Add maybe some text and a border viola!
