This one has a few brushes already in gbr file, but most have image packs that you can download and save as .gbr files to make them brushes.

this is a site with thousands of textures, all you have to do is search for one you want the right click save as, and save it into your patterns folder, in the gimp folder, as a .pat file, .jpg files work too, but .gif don't.
