These will be out comes withborder or with out you choose
Posted Image
Posted Image
First open a new dockument at 400x100
Posted Image
then use any brushes at 40% opacity
Posted Image
then duplicate if you want to duplicate it and go to filters>distorts>polar cords at 0.00 on both of them
Posted Image
brush over it on a new layer at 50% opacity
Posted Image
now colouize your background to what colour you want doesent matter
Posted Image
then add your render put him in a nice spot
Posted Image
then duplicate your render and flip horazontial and set as overlay
Posted Image
then put in some text and dupliacte your text layer and the one over text layer do gaussian blur at 8 or lower
Posted Image
then set it to darkenonly and merge down then go to layer>colours>colourize and set almost same as your background colour
Posted Image
and if you dont want border you should get something like this
Posted Image
and with border do thisMake a new layer, place the layer above both of the renders. Now go to Select->All, then go to Edit->Stroke Selection. Now with black as the current colour go to stroke size 10, then switch to white, stroke size 8, now switch back to black and select 5 or 6. Now using that layer set it to Overlay

There's someone down below blowing you a kiss.
They watch from their windows
as all arms fall to their sides,
and all eyes fix on the death of tomorrow.
And you found everything you need
to make a life complete,
