i got a question though, where do you get your sprites anddo you have to take off every background off every sprite
Edit: nvm^^^ i just reread and said you had to cut them out
Edit2 lol: is there a way just to remove the background if its all one color

Yes, just Right click on the layer, go to Add alpha to selection. Now just cut out the background and it should be transparent. If this doens't work let me know, I'm going by memory here.
As for sprite sites, these are the two best I've found:
The Shyguy Kingdom:
tsgk.captainn.net
The Spriters Resource:

I encounter this problem a lot. When you save as a Gif, a window should come up (its in the tutorial). Select the following:
On this window you'll have to do a couple of things:
1.Make sure "Loop forever" is checked.(If you don't want a looped animation, don't check this)
2.Under "Frame disposal where unspecified:" scroll down and select "One frame per layer (replace)"
From the tutorial. :w:

My first one's a bit nyeh because I didn't get the alignment perfect.

The second one's for my display pic on another site.

As for your animation bacon, you might have used a new window that contained less colours, or messed with some settings.

Nice work. You might have two sprites on one layer, since I can see two poses at once. Just a heads up. ;)

Thanks. ^_^

Thanks!
I would have been here more often, but my main computer with Gimp and all my renders, brushes, etc. is currently broken and in repairs.
