I've replicated photshop smudging before its not that hard to replicate. Can you give a link to the c4d renders you used emma? If so I'll do it.

just go onto gamerenders go to resource and there a 60 pack, that should contain some

The photoshop smudge tool has a varient called "scatter" thats takes lots and lots of work to replicate in GIMP.

oh. ouch. Possibly you could email the developer and see if they plan to update the codebase to 2.4? jitter is already in 3.10 which is unstable but released.

Maybe when I get my laptop Ill just download normal GIMP. But I think I can live without jitter.
