hey all im new to this site..i been trying to create a metallic paint layer of a colour of my choice but found it difficult anyone got any advice please..would be much appreciated THANK YOU

I'm still not sure what you want, do you want to paint in some color with a metallic sheen?

Go to blend & find a gradient like "Metallic something" or "Golden." Drag it across whatever you're wanting to look metallic; & then add the bevel effect. :)
