Hue Saturation Overlap Missing overlap property in gimp-hue-saturation

I'm trying to automate a manual process of adjusting the hue and saturation using the Hue Saturation tool.

The overlap parameter, which for my process makes a big difference, is not one of the parameters in the gimp-hue-saturation script:
(gimp-hue-saturation drawable hue-range hue-offset lightness saturation)


Is there an alternative script that includes the overlap, or can anyone think of a work-around?
