What is your target audience? I'm no expert on leather, but that cover doesn't make me think leather at all. First I thought it was a footwear company, then I saw "genuine leather for footwear". That's when I thought you made a typo or this was a foreign company and don't have their grammar down. It wasn't until I read the post that I learned it was a leather company.

And even then, it's a dirty cover with a dirty shoe with paint splattered on it and completely random toucans and hot air balloons. Nothing shouts at me, "Quality leather!"

No, it wasn't. It's leather company and supplier for footwear company.

About random and dirty shoe, I can explain of this.
Because the concept is spring/summer, I make 2 alternative design.
One above, second was using image beach, hot air balloons, yacht, coconuts, birds, sun and splattered paint follow colored leather on shoe.

(Second Design - All effects still rough)

I'm not intend the shoe look dirty but I want to look like cartoon.
So I use Filter - Artistic - Cartoon into shoe and it was make shoe looks dirty, seems I've failed to look artistic for this.
Images toucans and hot air balloons are to represent the concept of spring.

By the way, thanks for critiques, it means a lot to me.
