green dotted line?

I have this green-dotted square on my editor. (see attached file) It's not the selection tool and it's not clickable. Anyone knows how to get rid of this?

Looks like the boundary of a transparent layer. Have you looked in your layers list?

It must have been something like that! I clicked around on my layers and it disappeared. I have WAY to many layers in that file...
