Your attachment refers to a file which is on your hard disk, so you are the only who can see it. To share images with us, upload them to some image server (imgur.com, for instance) and use the URL you'll get there.

That said, you are not the first to notice the menu is stuck. Alas, we are still waiting for the site admins to fix this, I cannot do anything about it, nor can any of the regular staff.
