I love it, the render is perfectly integrated into the background, also looks like you know your way around the smudge tool :)

Nive Oilify effect too (I assume that's what you used).

I like the smudging, but to me the render doesn't go well with it, and looks very flat and low quality.

Also, some more variation in the smudging would do wonders, but overall I like it.
