The render looks low quality, i like the smudging tho, it's like he's disappearing/fading away.
Also, add a background.

lol I think it started to look LQ when I re-sized it.
I wanted to add a BG, but I smudged it onto a white BG first lol

the smudging is good for what it is, but it could use more. Right now to me it looks like you have a good basis for a smudge sig, but you're not gaining its full potential.

perhaps add some foreground effects, and work on improving the render quality if you can.
