i like it, i love the way what you done adding that effect behind him, it sure does matches :) the color is very well placed and the text is iffy, other than that great job, the border really suits him to an T!

Seems like fractal spam to me, but eh...

You need to blend it a bit more though. And the dissolve really isn't working.

I like the style, and the color adjustment on the render is nice.

I would personally ditch the way you did the border, to me, a sig should be a vehicle for an object, not portrayed as one itself (if that makes sense, haha)
