heres what i've did, i just lower the Opicity at its lowest than i gone over the render to bend it into the background alittle, not too much, then placing the lighting behind him, why behind him? well i wanted to place a fgreentunic fractal behind him along with the light to make it even more brighter and make that one spot light up *not TOO brightly tho* then i added a C4d *down b elow as if blue flame or sparks coming off his cape* and next i've blured the fractal too make it look hes moving along with the motion blur, i love this tool its great for flow and deph :).

At this stage just do as many tuts as you can. You learn more techniques and it's frankly the main way you're going to significantly improve at this point.

I agree with Killington since you are not switching style enough and that's bad since you won't improve.

EDIT:
Well hardly improve.
I would just stick to a certain style for a while if you want to create something fresh, but if you don't try out other styles its pretty useless to try to make your own.

I think you need to explore the world of fractals and layer modes. For fractals, I would go to fractal-recursions. They have nice ones :)
