Hi im new to the website and i need help on a project I need to make a Button For a wiki and Im not sure how to they want it circular with a image in it but not sure how i should do it heres a example of what they want just a diff. image. it just needs to be a circle and cant have any Backround so it has to have a transparent backround except for the image it self

Use a Transparent Background and save the image in a format that allows you to save transparency, such as PNG.

For a simple example, here is a circle with a black background saved as a PNG image:



Here is the same circle, also saved as a PNG image, but I used a transparent background in Gimp:
