well, since gaara had two themes i decided to go with the BLOOD theme xD since he likes to kill hahahaha, please i've added a famous Qoute that i feel in LOVE with this killing machine! here it is.

I've Blurd the city on fire since its the most furtherest away and added flow to this *screams like a highschool teenage girl * FAMOUS GGGGGGAAAAAAAAARRRAAAAAAAA* and added the lightsorce which yo can tell where & what that is xD sooo anyways, am i getting better? i know my typing isn't xD Hahahahaha..damn typos :( sooo tell me what yo think and what i shold correct something :) Piece also i've added Vash The Stampede as well xD tell me what YO think of it as well ok? be honest and no worrys if yo say its a bad sig, i'm still learning so i'll be some time :)

The distracting thing is the text remove it since its not blending too well.
If you do like adding text make it smaller or just a smaller sentence or be creative then just slapping a text with a normal font and lowering the opacity.
Its pretty monochrome and the sig itself has no real flow to it making it look messy.
You might want to look up some new renders since the render you chose is pretty lq(loq quality).

Don't worry look up some tuts here or in deviantart and you might learn new techniques.

As for text effects, I like to have black text set to overlay. Then I duplicate the layer and adjust the opacity on the second layer until it looks nice. If it still isn't doing it, I duplicate the layer and erase the parts that don't need to be duplicated on the second layer.
