A little unusually somber-themed piece from you, interesting! It's easy to read the "story" here, very clear. One can also easily recognize the girl in both places (the colouring and head ornaments helps there, wise choice). The composition works well, good job.
As for critique I think you really don't need the text in the bottom corner - the message comes across anyway. There is something inconsistent with the light/shadow too, the tombstone and tree seems lit from the top left whereas she is very evenly lit from the front.
Finally, you have a very distinct colour style which I like! But your bright primal colours don't really convey sadness despite her tears - the sky is bright blue, the grass is green - it all looks kinda cheerful, really. Of course you can be sad also on a fine day, but as an artist you might consider strengthening the mood of the image with darker tones at times.
