I wanted to draw something I didn't know what, what I wanted to draw I wasn't really feeling it so I gave up, so then I just doodled around and got a nice face sketch (mind you all my sketches are red outlines)so then I added a tress sketch then added the stone and wasn't sure what else to add so then the rest of the drawing fell in to place, at first is was going to be a couple, but instead it's a brother and sister (in the "BackGround").

A little unusually somber-themed piece from you, interesting! It's easy to read the "story" here, very clear. One can also easily recognize the girl in both places (the colouring and head ornaments helps there, wise choice). The composition works well, good job.
As for critique I think you really don't need the text in the bottom corner - the message comes across anyway. There is something inconsistent with the light/shadow too, the tombstone and tree seems lit from the top left whereas she is very evenly lit from the front.
Finally, you have a very distinct colour style which I like! But your bright primal colours don't really convey sadness despite her tears - the sky is bright blue, the grass is green - it all looks kinda cheerful, really. Of course you can be sad also on a fine day, but as an artist you might consider strengthening the mood of the image with darker tones at times.

I wasn't planing this at all I wanted to draw something else but ehm..meh didn't work out. xD

I see your point about the cheerful colors :S, I was hoping that when I would do one of my color tricks that makes atmosphere it would have my it seem gloomy but that didn't work! D:... Yeah the message now seems a little pointless...At the time it seemed empty in that spot so I added the text. Lol!

In terms of conveying emotion, I think this is one of your stronger pieces. I do find the bright colors a bit unusual - but in this case the irony may work really well.
