Myraid Pro Font - myraid pro

Hi Everybody and many thanks for viewing my post.

I was wondering is it possible to use myraid pro in the gimp?

Not sure what Myriad Pro is, but if it's an external program, and, you have Python installed with the GIMP, you can use a cool Python plugin called Shellout to call just about any external program (including Photoshop by the way) which will pass the current layer to the program called. You do your edits in that program and save your result, then close your program which then passes the result into the layer that you called the external program. Details below (thanks RobA). :)

Someone mentioned to me by PM that this is a font. If you are using Windows, just install the font (or drag and drop it to your font's directory in Windows) and re-open GIMP and it will show up in your fonts for GIMP. :)
