First concepts and final results side by side, just for fun. Based on DementedSnake's template. Some of these concepts I did as long ago as the late 90's and didn't evolve into a finalized image until much later. Vice-versa, some images I felt final at the time but I later went back to the concept to improve (so I didn't really follow the meme exactly). See DA page for links to full images.

Is that a 3D model you built the dragon off of? I'd be curious to know which are from the 90's. It's been neat seeing the character in the final two frames evolve.
