Sup 14, nice sig there. However, work on smoothing your smudging, it's too rough in this one. Nice blending, but needs more depth. Work on cleaning it up and basics. kiu

I think if you made the lines diagonally coming from the focal rather than horizontally it would look better. Right now it looks like there is a line of smudge stuck to her head. Also, you dont need to do lines, you can do short stroke patterns rather than trying to make lines. Adding some clipping masks and smudging those does some wonders if done well.
