2 and 4 are the best, 4 being the greatest of the two. Number 3 is alittle hard to look at. I don't mean that it's ugly I mean that the colors and the lighting make it difficult to look at the sig a little bit. Number 1 seems a little messy and the colors don't match as much as it could.

Really like the effects+ Light+ Color+ Focal in 2, just needs a little more contrast in brightness/colors and that will give it the extra depth it needs :)
