I think if you would have made it a hard lined image it would look better.
Looking at the sketch I can understand what everything is, in the non hard-lined it's hard to tell.
One thing though either way, the girl's chest should slop down then curve not a straight line then curve.
The toning is nice, but the face looks a little skewed.

Not bad though. :)

Not bad at all! But I do agree with Moko about the lines. Her pose looks very stiff and unnatural. It took me a while to figure out exactly how she was posed. I think some folds around her torso area (where it twists) would help establish what is happening.
