Hi Spielmeister and welcome to GimpTalk!

Even though you're probably speaking german, I want to stick with english so that everybody can understand my post :)

It's not bad for a start, but I see a lot of problems here.

For once I can't stand, when people use too many filters, and in your case I think you've mixed too many filters, or filters that don't match that well. You probably wanted to create a painted-looking picture in the beginning, but look at it now. Do you think it looks painted?

The cropping of Lindsay looks not bad, but I see problems with the hair at the right part of the image.

Hi JOhannski thank for your reply. I don't speak german, it's just a nickname I've been using for a long time "spielmeister". Indeed this was one of my very first designs. I wanted to apply some ideas from selective colorization using a layer mask so that I could have parts of the "render" with some effects and the background having other different effects... Unfortunately I haven't heard so far of high pass filter for masking hair, so that's why the hair on the right has several issues.

I will keep in mind not overdoing effects just for the sake of it.

Thanks
Pablo
