auto crop(erase) black line

Some pdf(multi pages) image have black line Produced in scanning.I think there should exist quick ways to crop or erase such line.But I donot know how to do it.Could you help me?Is there existed Plugins, Filters, or Scripts?Can be saved as pdf to cover old?

You don't need a plugin/script/filter to do this. It's really very simple.
Open your image in GIMP, use the rectangle select tool to select around the black line. Click Edit > Fill with BG colour (assuming it is set to white). Repeat for other lines.
