This is my first tut so go easy on me.

1. Get your render out on the size document you want. Or just put it in from a folder like I have.

2. Duplicate your render 2 times.

3.On the bottom layer, colors > desaturate. On lightness. Then Filters > Blur > Motion Blur. Angle 44, length 21.

4. This will be your main render layer so dont touch it!

5. On the top layer, Filters > Blur Gaussian Blur. settings 3.4 Change this layer

to overlay. 100% opacity.

This is before and after.

After: http://imageshack.us...838/messij.png/

PS: This can also work with out the Motion Blur layer.
oh and you have to take the opacity down on the Motion Blur layer.
