Open up the gif in GIMP and look at the layers in the layer dialog box. You should see the layer name and the amount of time each layer is displayed (ie.. "xx" cs - where "xx" is the time). Change each number to be the same amount. That way all the frames (layers) are displayed the same amount of time. It looks as if your first or last frame is the culprit. BTW, if your first and last frame are identical as far as how the graphic looks, that will give the appearance of a longer pause.

Make sense?

Welcome to the boards!

something else to check for that hesitation is you may have two (or more) copies of the exact same layer right after each other. Which means, even if the timing is all correct, that image may still be showing for the same image for twice as long.

Hope that wasn't too confusing.

No no i understand what you mean ..
But i checked after it and i only see 5 different (from each other) layers :D
I think it runs smoothly enough :D

Another thing .. If i want to make a fire version of it, (using something called Feurio or something like that), do i need man pics showed in a little amount of time or what?
I want it to have a real flame effect...

I dont have an example of it yet, cause im on another computer..

I assume that when you say you go to the link, you're referring to the script. So, here it is zipped up.

Check with Ali about why you can't post a tutorial. Are you trying to post it in the User Submitted Tutorials Section?

I'll probably be away from the boards for a few days, so, if you want it posted soon, I won't be able to do it for you.
