Circle of Circles, inkscape.

How would i make a circle made of circles?
Never really used inkscape, so not sure what to do.

Here's a tutorial that may be helpful. You start out in Inkscape and finish in GIMP.

nice tutorial...
at first i was no so interested to a full spectrum circle
but then i changed my mind because the tut was really nicely done, more i tought a similar circle was a perfect starting point for something else... 8)
