nice tut. not very simple though. will be handy. i might post the result soon 8) u should post where u got the render though and other resources

render was from planetrenders, C4D was just from a pack from somewhere. Thats it. :P can't wait to see the outcome (:

yeah thats a good tut and the utcome is great but you need to be more precise because people are gana slave over this tut and try to screw around with smudging and most of the outcomes arnt gana turn out so great. yopu should explain what flow is involved and make it easy for the viewers.

i say this because say i'm a beginner and i see this and I am a poor smudger Ima get pissed because what you did was just point out the brush setting and your result in showing your smudging looks like crap. looks like you just scribbled all around and hoped that it looked well with the render....

lol wow!! I have never seen such a weird method for a background
but the result's awesome so who cares :P
