He wants you to make him a desktop image, with the dimentions of 1024 and 768, in the same colour as you used for your water when you showed us the tut.

Can't put it simpler, sorry I noticed you struggling so I decided to help :h:

any chance of giving us the hex codes for the blues you used

*edit* ignore this i loaded your first image into gimp and used the colour picker to get the codes and found they were

#1e8dff and #81d4ff

Rimshot, wow thats great, i love the sky, howd u do it and the sun, super nova? Lifeless to add the boat i just copied the picture, then rubbed it the stuff i dont need

Thx emma.Yes,iIused supernova as the sun.As far the sky goes,I just used a white to blue gradient I created,mostly blue shaded.I used the color #3f70d9,but you can use whatever shade you want.White from the top ,to blue to the bottom of course.Then I added a new transparent layer,and added solid noise to the layer,I set it at y=2.1 x=2.1 detail=3.After that,just set the noise layer to "overlay",or "screen" for a more sky like effect.I used "overlay"in that pic.You can adjust the cloud amounts on the noise layer by going to layers/colors/levels.Everything I just told you is adjustable.You just have to fool around with it to your liking. :w:

no, I just copied the text layer and cut part of the top one. Then I incrased transparency on the bottom one and that's all.
