You're beautiful. How do you know? You don't know what I look like... I don't have to see you, to know you're beautiful.

It sure sounds interesting. Those GUI blog posts are very well written and thoughtful. Some useful info on the CMYK issue too.

For dual-screen users like me, multi-window mode is really ideal though. It will be interesting to test how well the single-window mode compares in functionality.

the best thing of the single windows mode is be a option

I believe that for dual screen the very best remain the multiwindows mode

a pity that is not possible as far i know "snap" the windows

I am looking forward to the v2.8 release, the new Layer Groups will be very nice.

And the Single Window Mode, can't forget that.

True, I can't wait to disable it :D

(we want our image to be "gimped", not "photoshopped"; the difference being one can't tell when an image has been properly gimped :) ).

That's funny. When I first opened Gimp for the first time ever, I was horrified at the 3 windows and wished it were a single window. Now I don't know if I could operate with a single-window Gimp. I might disable too.

I hope there will be an easy toggle on the menu line!
