Finally! I just started getting post notifications once more.

Don't know what caused it but I am soooo glad. Was missing post replies. I've been in my profile so many times to check and make sure the settings were correct to get the notifications that I think I wore it out.

I love too this forum but as now i have a lot of complains, mostly for the Tut index that offer mostly broken links ( luckily Google is able to trace the new links )and the illustrations stripped away from the Tuts (except the most recent).

quite frustrating i can't fix that imay only notify the problems with mails and pm, the last still unanswered

Many people here have posted their complaints about the "boring" skin of GimpTalk. Well, I feel that the "boring skin" is great, because it is simple and doesn't take an hour to load, so please don't go to anything fancy like FFX or something.

My only complaint (and it's not with GIMPTalk itself) is ImageOx. I mean the owners of this website use to own the Ox and they sold it but didn't handle the transfer of images correctly. It would have been nice if the images prior to the sell could have been stored and re-routed so that all the folk who created tuts using the Ox could have had their images re-routed is some way. I guess I'm asking too much. Smiley anyway. :)

It's pretty cool, but takes too long to load. You're not the one with an ancient computer shared with a photo-happy mother :P

Well the search funtion up top works perfectly fine but I think what White Fang means is where it says, "Find User's Topics" under the username and in the userprofile, none of them work. When you click on them they lead you back to the index page, and it is something pretty handy when trying to find a certain tutorial by someone.

Something weird is happening, when I post a topic, it shows up as the 4th or 5th post. Why is that?

Yeah, as zpattack12 pointed out, something is glitching up with the order of posts in a thread and threads in a subforum. For example, zpattack's post has been listed as before PhotoComix and Falestina's, even though it was made afterwards. Also, a certain number of threads are staying up the top of the 'latest posts' order, even though they don't have the latest posts.
Hang on, I'll get a screenshot if I can.

Cool to see general spamming levels have died down since certain periods last year (and by spam and I mean proper spam, not the 'count to 10 before a staff member posts thread' ;p ), but it seems there's been quite a few 'watch random movie free' threads in general discussion, which is a leeetle bit annoying. Mods usually get around to deleting them pretty quick, but would it be possible to get even the most primitive of filters? One that maybe even blocks threads entitled 'Watch _________ Online For Free', as all of these threads have been called the same thing.
