no, how you placed the sigs in the space. ones to the far right and the other is in the middle. really annoying to me

1st: 7/10 Text could be better, but it looks pretty clean and gets to the point!
2nd: 4/10 render wasnt blended great and the effects seem LQ, but overall not too bad

1st 4/10, the effects could be a bit better.
2nd 7/10, I can't really tell what it is. :P

I actually made my second one using a tutorial.

Looks very official and the fading out really sells it. You could experiment with putting the text in the negative space though. 8/10
