Do you know where i can dl some sparks brushes? when i search with Google it doesn't give me the right ones and when i search with deviant it gives me sparkles, starts N shit =\

Sparks brushes automatically come with GIMP when you download it..

They are a part of GIMP they have to be in yours.
Its a yellow circle pretty much.

It's a stock brush >_>

Open up your gimp and go to your Layers dialog, hit the little arrow that says "Configure This Tab", then go to Add Tab and click your Brushes Dialog.

There is a brush that's a glowing yellow-orange circle called the Sparks brush.

Edit: If you'd add in some adjustment layers, you'd improve your depth in this tag. I suggest doing this

Apply your image, duplicate several times. Hide all but the bottom one and go to your gradients menu and select the gradients below, go to Colours>Map>Gradient Map. Set them to the appropriate thing I specify. Then fiddle with the opacity of each.

Black To White Gradient (FG-TO-BG) on Overlay. (for extra stuff, go to Colors, Brightness Contrast, and set it to like 60-40)
Blue Green Gradient on Overlay
Deep Sea on Overlay
Caribbean Blues on Color, always 10%
French Flag Smooth on Color, 10%
German Flag Smooth, Overlay
Mexican Flag Smooth, Color, 10%

and maybe Romanian Flag Smooth on Color 10%

This definitely helps improve your colours and depth.
