Well which tut are you trying?Ive found a lot of his that have smudging in them.

Tunic, any chance you can upload pack 4 to some other hosting site? My parents have a parental control system that blocks DA... :x

More seriously , switch on the mature content filter of DA (it ishould be on by default) could not be a good compromise ?
that should filter everything even vaguely "not adapted to minors" but not fractals, plugins, scripts and other innocent items
