Anyone know how to make a person thinner, look like this:

My first thought is using the iwarp tool using the shrink (or is it reduce?) settings turned on. You can vary the degree of the effect and the radius being effected as well in the iwarp dialog window. After iwarping, you may need to do some touching up with the clone tool, or others, depending. Someone else may have more specific steps for you, but just throwing out this idea off the top of my head.

Yes the Iwarp easily does this at larger radius (maybe 170) and medium effect (maybe 0.5)......

I would use move, changing several areas to maintain overall perspective...

Yes the Clone tool should be used to remove the cigarette......
