Here is what we will be making





First open a new document, I used 400 by 120, and fill it with black.




Now open a new layer and paste your render in the middle.



Now take out your sparks brush and brush around the render in a new layer



Then go to the Sparks brush layer right click and click "Alpha to Section"
After that go to the render layer right click on the selection and click cut
It should look like this



now delete the sparks brush layer and copy the render layer two times and put them both under the orginal render
Then go to the first copy and got to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
and put in 81 for first slider and 185 for second.
Go to Motion blur for the second copy also and put in 81 for the first slider and 0 for the second.
it should look like this



Now make a new layer above the blurs but below the unblurred render and get your sparks brush and brush around.



No Go to Edit>Copy visible and make a new layer and paste it on. Now Put your Foreground color Black and Backround color any color
(i used red) and go to Color>Maps>Gradient map and it should look something like this



And there you go just add text and a border.
