Just wanted to say that although my post count is indeed low, I am not much of a new member around these parts. I figured with the lack of intermediate/intermediate looking gimp tutorials that didn't focus on stocks, I wanted to share with you all my second tutorial I've ever made. My first, I can have ready for you all as well and it is based on stocks like most other good looking signatures. So hope you all enjoy, give it a try, and post some outcomes in my second smudge tutorial, and second tutorial period.

This is a great tutorial for newbies.To me it just seems a little to dark.Also save your sigs as pngs.

Nice technique, too dark, lack of colours. Good job for second tut though. :h:

Well the signature is meant to be dark. Deidara being evil, member of Akatsuki: Evil Organization, their colors being black and red i.e. dark colors... But however you slice it, would anyone care to try it out? Also I just wanted to point out that saving sigs as .png is quite useless for forum purposes. Most if not all have a kb limit and with jpg you can choose the kb to save it as, where as .png you can not.
