Hello! And welcome to me and Benno's first tut. :l:
Okay, lets start!

1.First make some clouds [ Filters | Render | Clouds | Plasma ], and use default settings. And you will get this result:





2.Okay then Pixelize the picture, and set default settings ( 10 x 10 ) And you will get this result:





3. Then you need to emboss the picture, and set these settings:



And we hope you will get this result:




4.Then you going to make a Edge [ Filters | Edge-Detect | Edge ], and set these settings:



And we hope you will get this result:




Then you can add a text and/or a render. Like we do with this:
