Download link. Not sure whatall is new, but there is a new primitive in the mesh menu for a "torus" object.

Edit...apparently has a new render option, sub surface scattering. I haven't tried it yet to see how it works.
Further edit: Apparently needs the latest Python (2.5.1) for the windows version.

Oh, sweet! Subsurface scattering is amazing. It makes almost any organic texture look 100% more real. It's something a lot of people (including me) have been waiting for in Blender. :l:
