Grunge brush is a kind of brush. http://www.deviantart.com, type GIMP Grunge Brushes, theres a big list, :)
Heres my outcome. Im still learning, had gimp for a fair amount of time.... THANKS FOR THE AWESOME TUTORIAL.

when im done and paste my image there it blends with the backround and is hard to see :(

ok yay i'm not BUMPing this cause it's already on the first page :)

anyway my result everyone seemed to go with blue color balance so i just followed the trend

i actually did'nt use grunge brushes i just couldnt find any good sets out there so i used magma brushes worked great :)
