I'm going to try this again but I'm going to need a part cleared up for me:

On the second direction with the Spark brush and background layer, I'm supposed to cover my transparent layer with the spark brush and place it under my background(Move layer below background) and Map>displace what layer? Then place the 2 displace layers to the spark brush(So this means I'm supposed to displace the BG?)?

Could you explain that a little more clearer?

no u displace the sparks layer with the sparks layer itself and move underneath. I'm making a video tutorial lright now :)

I'm not sure if I like my outcome very much, it'd probably look better if I did it with a different render. Nice tut though!
