Line Abstract Tut

what is the gradiant tool?? I just started using it for a while but i dont know what it is T_T

This is a gradient:

You can click the Blend tool (

) and click and drag on an image and you'll see a line. When you're done, release your mouse, and it will render the gradient.

The BG stays black after I overlay the colour layer.
