I dont know how to use the magic wand tool......My image still has the backround when i paste it....

Click on the white background surrounding a render with the magic wand tool, now in the menus select "Select"->Invert. Now go to edit and cut and paste your image.

What mode do i have to use with the magic wand?

Just Normal. Just click on the background of the render that you want to select and cut out.

hmm it dosent get all of my iamge but i small amount of it.

teh advanced part isnt so advanced, sorry to say, but this is a for a user with atleast 3 months, wouldnt call it advanced

Below in the menu, you can adjust a threshold bar. Adjust this to the right, then try again.

Nice tut, easy to follow. Anyway here's my outcome :\ I'm still fairly new to gimp so it's not that good. Also can you give a link to the brush you used for the background?

I tried two color schemes... both came out terribly.

Great tutorial though. I just suck with GIMP.
