I only made this because a few people requested it on some other forums I visit.

It's not too hard, but you're going to need knowledge of the filters because I'm not spoon-feeding step by step directions (i.e. Filters -> Artistic -> Gimpressionist).

In the brushes dialog, select your brush, and then at the bottom you'll see a slider. :w:

C4D for the sparkle effect pl0x, this is pretty well done. Although it'd look cooler if the lighting was in a soft green.
