Yes, I understand what grain merge does my friend, but it doesn't always work out how it might have for you. Looks good with yours, but it might not turn out as well with a render someone else has chosen.

I didn't want you to think I was stupid with Gimp haha.

Great tutorial but here's were I'm stuck:

"Now copy visible paste on a new layer and got to Filters>Artistic>Make Seamless"

Ok either I am an idiot or you are using a different version of Gimp than I am lol. I'm using 2.4, so am I an idiot or is that filter under a different name or what...? =\

I forgot to tell thebandaid this - it's not under "Artistic" it is under "Map"
