Pretty cool tut, pixel stretch is really popular.
I'll have to try this sometime.

You have to make a selection with a 1px width before stretching the whole thing.

Sheesh...make a rectangular select line that stretches from the very top of the image to the very bottom, with a width of 1 pixel (so you have a vertical line of pixels only)

I'm having trouble on step 4, where it says make the width 10px wider than the orginal. I did make it 10px wider than the orginal. Orginal is 383, and I scaled the image 393, I made sure the link was broken, and I got this.

Help please.

Thanks.

Um...I have noooo idea what you did. Did you-
-make a line that was from exactly the top to exactly the bottom with a 1px width?
-copy, not cut that line?
-make a new 1 x [image height] layer and paste it/to that layer?
-Stretch that layer so that the 1 becomes [image width + 10] with the lock undone (the chain broken)?

I'm not sure what you did...
